About the Course

The necessity for this training course arose from significant changes in labor regulations and the need to implement labor standards in practice. In 2020, the Labor Code was substantially updated, and from January 1, 2021, the mandate of the Labor Inspection Service was expanded. The goal of the training course is to help organizations align their operations and documentation with the updated Labor Code and other active regulations, effectively implement labor standards, and introduce participants to the latest practices of the courts and the Labor Inspectorate.

After completing the course, you will be able to:

• Properly plan labor relations and bring organizational processes in line with the updated Labor Code;
• Align organizational documentation, including labor contracts, internal regulations, job descriptions, and orders, with the new labor regulations;
• Fully implement labor standards in practice;
• Identify the appropriate legal basis in the event of employee termination;
• Comply with legally established procedures regarding employee termination;
• Familiarize yourself with the latest practices of the Labor Inspectorate;
• Prevent organizational sanctions by the Labor Inspectorate;
• Identify flaws and errors made by the Labor Inspectorate.
