About the Course

Inventory management is a key issue for trading, construction, and manufacturing companies. The training is fully focused on practical application, working through examples in Excel. During the training, you will learn how to prepare optimal order volumes, how to analyze excess inventory and shortages; you will also learn how to calculate seasonality indicators and prepare a detailed assortment analysis. The training will cover real-world cases observed in Georgia. Participants will also have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with ready-made analytical Excel templates (for order calculations, inventory turnover analysis, etc.) to apply in their professional work.
