About the course:
The need to create a training course was caused by a significant change in labor regulations and the need to implement labor norms in practice. In 2020, the Labor Code was essentially updated, and from January 1, 2021, the mandate of the Labor Inspection Service was increased.
The purpose of the training course is to help organizations bring their activities and documentation into compliance with the revised Labor Code and other applicable regulations, to effectively implement labor norms, and also to introduce employees to the latest practices of courts and labor inspection.
After completing the course you will be able to:
- proper planning of labor relations and bringing organizational processes into compliance with the updated labor code;
- bringing the organization’s documentation, including labor contracts, bylaws, job descriptions, and orders, into compliance with the new labor regulations;
- full implementation of labor norms in practice;
- In case of dismissal of the employee, an indication of the relevant legal basis;
- to follow the procedures established by law regarding the dismissal of the employee;
- getting to know the latest practices of labor inspection;
- prevention of sanctioning of the organization by the labor inspection;
- to identify the errors made by the labor inspection;
