About the course:

Inventory management is one of the key issues for trading, construction, and manufacturing companies.
The training is fully focused on the practical part, processing examples in Excel.

During the training, you will learn how to prepare optimal volumes of stock
orders, and how to analyze excess stocks and shortages; You will also learn how to calculate seasonality indicators and prepare a detailed analysis of the assortment.

At the training, real cases recorded in Georgia will be discussed, and the trainees will have the opportunity to get acquainted with order counting, stock
turnover analysis, and other ready-made analytical forms (Excel forms), which they will use in their work.
