Course description:
The training allows students to obtain and deepen their knowledge of key warehouse and supply management issues. Throughout the training, we will review some practical examples related to supply and warehousing. Based on real-life cases, the trainees will have the chance to learn about real, proven solutions for each problem.
Key indicators necessary for operational performance assessment will be reviewed as part of the training, allowing managers to make proper decisions.
Trainees will thoroughly cover all aspects of the warehouse inventory process, as well as the various mechanisms of commodity storage and placement in a warehouse.

- in-night distribution – consideration of its pros and cons in terms of both, retail and FMCG distribution.
After completing the course:
managers will be able to properly plan the warehouse and vehicle fleet investment and make effective use of the warehouse space and equipment. The training will facilitate proper planning and reduction of operational costs.
